Upon full payment, clients receive the agreed-upon usage rights to project deliverables as specified in the project contract. ATOE retains the right to use project materials for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users may post comments on our blog. By posting content, you grant ATOE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content.

6.1 Project Quotations

Quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices may be subject to change based on project scope modifications or market conditions.

6.2 Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback cycles, and unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon deadlines.

6.3 Revisions

The number of revisions included in a project will be specified in the project contract. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required to commence work
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATOE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use our services
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted through our services

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

10. Professional Standards

All engineering work will be performed in accordance with applicable industry standards and local regulations. Clients are responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals for their projects.

11. Confidentiality

We respect the confidential nature of our client projects. Project details will not be disclosed to third parties without client consent, except as required by law or as necessary to complete the project.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
